Adam founded Chelsea Creek Consulting to bring Big 4 discipline together with the agility of a boutique advisory firm.
With 15 years of experience at Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, Liberty Mutual, State Street, and BNY Mellon, he has led finance, strategy, and technology initiatives across private equity, financial services, life sciences, and technology. His expertise spans finance transformation, ERP implementation, operating model design, financial reporting, analytics, automation, and deal strategy, helping companies align financial operations with strategic goals.
A U.S. Army National Guard veteran, Adam brings proven leadership and a results-driven approach to every engagement. Chelsea Creek Consulting delivers hands-on advisory support from assessment through execution, collaborating with a trusted network of experts to provide scalable, senior-led solutions with a personal touch.
